SAL - High Speed Performance

With a high speed of 20 knots, the SAL vessels involved in this project
managed to perform the voyage from Nantong to Por t Hedland with
a shor t transit time of only 7.5 days, allowing the time-sensitive project
to stay on schedule. Upon arrival in Por t Hedland the cargo was quickly
discharged and delivered efficiently and without any damages.
The modules, with a weight of up to 320 mt, were characterised by
their substantial dimensions of up to 39.12 m length, 12.45 m width and
5.06 m height.
